If you like, you may even download a copy, fill it in and e-mail it back in to BRCDI@aol.com. We still do NOT take credit or debit cards, so if you would like to take advantage of the pre-paid pricing, drop your payment in the mail right away. As long as payment arrives in a timely fashion, your shirts will ship within two weeks, and will arrive within three weeks.
