Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped exclusively via UPS to ensure reliable delivery and tracking. If you prefer to use your own UPS account, simply provide your account number when placing your order and we’ll be glad to apply it.

When shipping directly to you, the label will display Blue Ridge Custom Designs as the return address. When shipping to your customer, the label will display your business information only—we stay quietly behind the scenes.

We take great care in packaging every order, but once a shipment leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of UPS. We cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit. UPS automatically includes coverage for the first $100 of declared value at no charge. Additional declared value protection is available at UPS’s published rates:

• $100.01–$300: $4.80 flat fee

• Over $300: 1.6% of the declared value

We recommend declaring a value that reflects the combined cost of blank goods and embroidery services. Customers who choose to waive additional coverage assume full responsibility for any damages incurred during shipment.

Final note: We pass along UPS charges at our cost. No markup. No handling charges.
